The Game appears to run just fine. I took a look in the Data Files out of curiosity when I noticed that the Oblivion esm master file is unchecked, while all the DLC is checked. Should I ignore this? or check it? When you download mods, download them into a separate folder outside of Oblivion. Then create a new sub-folder for each mod. Extract (unzip) the mod into that folder and not directly into the Oblivion\data folder. Then COPY - do not move the parts of the mod into the proper places in the data folder. Manual Installation: Download and install 7zip. Once you have downloaded the mod, open the archive (.7z, .zip or .rar) with 7zip, and click extract.
